I purchased the family version so we all could enjoy the app. My husband, who never had downloaded the app had no issue my daughter who had a free account could not access the family link without putting in payment information and being billed for multiple emails have been sent asking for assistance. We get automated FAQ response says that have all been followed and problem. I’m ready to cancel all and find another app. It’s great as long as you don’t try to pay for a family Or upgrade your membership. If you have a problem, don’t count on it being resolved. |
