I tend to have low sodium, and these have been a great way for me to supplement my sodium intake when needed. The raspberry salt flavor tastes great, and the quality has been extremely consistent from box to box. I like the taste and the individual packets make it easy for travel or taking on the go. I mainly use it on days I work out or are more active and days I work since I’m on my feet a lot.
